Participants will rotate through Government Affairs & Public Policy and other functions, gaining hands-on experience, analyzing data, and presenting strategic insights to leadership while completing accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Public Relations, Political Science, Communications, Risk Management, Legal Studies, or related major by June 2027.
• Internship experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through activities.
• Cumulative GPA 3.3+ at application time.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day tasks and projects within the team/function.
• Collaborate with internal associates across rotations.
• Identify and propose efficiencies on each rotation.
• Analyze tasks with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Research and analyze business problems; gather requirements and develop project strategy.
• Lead program stretch projects with deadlines and deliverables.
• Manage time and progress tasks with rotation leaders.
