Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to own the global digital visibility and discovery strategy, spanning web, search, AI platforms, and emerging channels.

You will govern the One Honeywell web ecosystem, drive content, design, and technical roadmaps, and partner across marketing, IT, and external partners to elevate brand authority and AI-enabled discovery. You will lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives, establish governance standards, and deliver analytics dashboards

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or digital transformation.
• 7+ years of leadership managing enterprise-scale digital programs and teams.
• Deep expertise in website strategy, governance, content strategy, analytics, information architecture, and enterprise web platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale corporate website ecosystems and governance programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise digital visibility and discovery strategy across web, AI platforms, and discovery channels.
• Own the One Honeywell web ecosystem including architecture, information design, accessibility, publishing standards, and governance.
• Lead AI discovery and knowledge architecture to optimize machine readability, AI citations, and knowledge assets.
• Oversee website authoring, content operations, workflows, and lifecycle management with a focus on structured content and AI consumption.
• Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO frameworks to boost organic visibility and AI performance.
• Shape design standards and development governance in collaboration with UX, IT, and agencies.
• Establish analytics scorecards and executive dashboards to drive decisions and investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partner with Corporate Marketing, SBGs, Communications, IT, and external partners.
• Act as executive thought leader on digital visibility, discoverability, and AI-enabled engagement.
