Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program management, process development, or related area
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a people leader of global teams
• Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, including international

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams in the development and implementation of digital transformation and AI initiatives across the organization to improve projects and customer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that leverage AI technologies to enhance operational efficiencies and business outcomes to support global execution consistently and effectively
• Develop and execute strategies for integrating digital technology into various business processes
• Research, identify, align, deploy, continuously develop, improve and monitor Project Portfolio tools, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including engineering, project execution, IT, and executive leadership including alignment of AOP and STRAP
• Assess and implement strategy to improve organizational capabilities including training required
• Focus on building a world-class end-to-end process, utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities, and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs
• Management and oversight of the PT PMIS tool – Cora. Champion enhancements required to aid in execution efficiency
• Management and oversight of the team, requirements, build and deployment of S/4 Hana for PT Projects
