Parker Hannifin is seeking a Digital & IT Senior Analyst to define, configure, test, train and support IT requirements across business units. You will collaborate with experts and vendors, lead or co-lead IT projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes.

The role includes implementing new technologies, reporting status to stakeholders, and mentoring team members while traveling as needed and providing after-hours support when required.

Formación

• 4+ years IT experience and strong project leadership ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude and adaptability.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Leads complex digital and IT project tasks delivering results on time and budget.
• Performs system analysis and identifies gaps in technology or processes.
• Assists in development and implementation of new technologies/services.
• Communicates decisions and recommendations to managers and partners.
• Point of contact with third-party IT vendors and service providers.
• Manages priorities and mentors team members.
• Delivers multiple solutions while balancing priorities and resources.
• Knowledge transfer and cross training with team members.
• Willingness to travel and provide after-hours support as needed.
