Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking an Senior Digital & IT Leader to safeguard reliable IT operations and drive digital projects across the OES division. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, EMG IT and Corporate IT to align priorities and deliver value.

You will guide project delivery from initiation to close, manage requirements, testing, cutover, and hyper-care support while ensuring security and governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering mid-to-large IT initiatives in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience leading IT operations and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own site/regional IT project delivery and ensure timely execution.
• Lead business systems upgrades and align with IT strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional change management and adoption.
• Drive lean, Six Sigma-inspired continuous improvement where applicable.
• Partner with Operations to identify digital opportunities and ensure security.
