Job summary

Immigrant Invest is hiring a Digital Growth Manager to scale our digital presence and lead client acquisition across global markets. This fully remote role focuses on building growth engines, optimizing funnels, and collaborating with content, email, and product teams to maintain a trust-driven customer journey.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and experience with CRM/attribution systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B/B2C with long sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and scaling acquisition.
• Experience with end-to-end marketing analytics and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Immigrant Invest’s global digital growth strategy across channels.
• Manage performance marketing, set KPIs, oversee contractors and agencies.
• Build and scale data-driven acquisition funnels delivering measurable results.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, implement optimizations.
• Collaborate with content, email, and product teams to ensure unified experiences.
• Drive conversion optimization via A/B testing, UX improvements, and funnel refinements.
• Launch campaigns to support market entry and expansion across international markets.
• Ensure communications reflect core values of trust, integrity, and excellence.
