Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Digital Portal Help Desk Specialist in Saint Paul, MN to support corporate and commercial clients using international banking digital applications. You will troubleshoot, onboard, and guide clients through digital banking tools in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

The position offers collaboration with the International Banking team, opportunities to develop technical expertise across multiple portals, and a clear growth path within Operations and International Banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in customer service, client support, help desk, banking operations, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of client needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing channels.
• Troubleshoot portal access and functionality issues, including screen-sharing sessions.
• Provide real-time guidance and education on digital banking tools and processes.
• Escalate complex issues and identify recurring trends or system concerns.
• Support new client onboarding and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Review and collect required documentation for client setup requests.
• Establish and maintain client access within digital banking platforms.
• Perform data entry and account maintenance activities with strong attention to detail.
