The Northern Trust Company is seeking a Specialist Product Manager for Digital Asset Solutions in Chicago to own the portfolio, strategy, and roadmap, delivering innovative client solutions across asset servicing and technology delivery. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders in Sales, Compliance, and Operations to drive revenue opportunities and ensure strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services with significant product management, product strategy, digital product, or technology delivery experience.
• Experience developing and scaling digital asset solutions, including distributed ledger technology (DLT), tokenization, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), stablecoins, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of asset servicing products, including custody, cash, fund services, and related capabilities.
• Experience leading product commercialization, pricing strategy, investment prioritization, and business case development.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset, strong execution focus, and commercial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Own the global digital asset portfolio, strategy, and roadmap.
• Convert capabilities, data, reporting, and services into differentiated client solutions.
• Assess market trends, identify opportunities, and represent Northern Trust externally.
• Align senior leaders and cross-functional partners on priorities and decisions.
• Partner with Sales and Relationship Management on client opportunities.
• Lead pricing, business cases, investment decisions, and revenue opportunities.
• Drive delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Oversee product enhancements, launches, and ongoing performance.
• Manage governance, risk, controls, dependencies, and outcomes.
