You will own product roadmaps, partner with Front Office, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Technology, and drive pilots from ideation to BAU adoption. Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally within an Investment Bank, consulting firm, or leading market infrastructure provider.
• Understanding of capital markets products, services and market structure across key jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated expertise and strong interest in Digital Assets products, services, and DLT-based models.
• Experience in product, strategy, or change roles within a regulated environment.
• Strategic thinking, business case creation and validation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as end-to-end Product Manager for defined Digital Assets products, services, and DLT-based business models across the Investment Bank.
• Own the pipeline and roadmap from ideation through MVP and handover to scaling teams.
• Originate and progress business cases for pilots and MVPs with value propositions and risks.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Financing, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.
• Evaluate build/buy/partner options based on feasibility and time to market.
• Shape future state operating models to scale Digital Assets within IB governance.
