Job summary

Roche is seeking a Senior Compliance Expert to design and drive the global compliance and business sustainability framework for Roche Diagnostics Solutions and key US sites, reporting to the DIA Customer Area Compliance Lead. You will lead high-impact initiatives, enable program maturity, and optimize resources to support sustainable growth while meeting regulatory obligations.

The role requires 8–15 years of related experience, with advanced degrees preferred (MBA/JD/Master’s).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of related experience or 12–15 years of related experience.
Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or Master’s) in Law, Finance, or Business preferred with 7+ years in Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Legal in healthcare/medtech.
Fluent English communication and ability to operate across international markets.

Responsibilities

Design and drive the global compliance and business sustainability framework for Roche Diagnostics Solutions and key US sites.
Lead risk-based audit and monitoring plans and manage findings and corrective actions.
Develop, deliver, and communicate compliance curricula, policies, and risk awareness programs across the organization.
Prepare executive updates on compliance program operations and progress for senior leadership.
Identify data insights to guide compliance strategies and support second-line business initiatives.
