Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Diagnostic Lead, Oncology Precision Medicine Diagnostics, to be located across multiple sites including Springhouse, PA. The role leads diagnostic programs, partners with Translational Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and other functions to advance precision medicine in oncology.

Formación
- PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, pathology, biomedical sciences, or another relevant scientific discipline with minimum years of experience.
- Relevant pharma/biotech/diagnostics experience in oncology biomarker development, clinical assay development/validation, or companion diagnostic development.
Responsabilidades
- Contribute to end-to-end diagnostic strategies aligned with development plans and regulatory timelines.
- Lead one or more diagnostic programs or workstreams with senior oversight.
- Translate biomarker objectives into actionable diagnostic plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Serve as day-to-day diagnostic contact for program teams and communicate progress and risks.
