Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager, Global Diagnostic Lead to spearhead oncology biomarker programs and companion diagnostics. You will shape diagnostic strategy, oversee assay development, and collaborate with regulatory, translational research, and clinical teams to ensure timely program progression.

In this role you will guide cross-functional workstreams, manage external partners, and contribute to regulatory documentation while advancing precision medicine

Qualifikationen

Experience leading diagnostic, biomarker, or assay-development programs.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams across global programs.
Strong understanding of regulatory and quality considerations in diagnostics.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end diagnostic strategy aligned with clinical development plans.
Oversee one or more diagnostic programs from hypothesis to validation.
Partner with Translational Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and external labs.
Drive external-partner management, governance, and risk mitigation.
Contribute to regulatory submissions and health-authority interactions.
