Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Precision Medicine, based in Raritan, NJ. This role leads the design and execution of the global PM strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams across R&D, Global Brand, and Regions.
The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in diagnostics commercialization, preferably within pharma, with oncology experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to translate commercial strategy into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related fields preferred.
- 8–10 years in diagnostics commercialization.
- Experience with precision medicine in oncology preferred.
Responsibilities
- Enable asset strategy by shaping portfolio, asset and launch decisions through precision medicine market intelligence.
- Shape markets by enabling market conditions required for precision medicine-enabled assets.
- Orchestrate execution by aligning R&D, global brands, regions and diagnostics partners.
- Provide commercial input to Global PM strategy with cross-functional teams.
- Develop budgets and manage consultants/agencies for key projects.
- Monitor competitive landscape and steer PM strategy implementation.
