Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Diagnostic Lead in Oncology Precision Medicine Diagnostics to drive end‑to‑end diagnostic strategies across biomarker programs. You will lead cross‑functional teams, collaborate with Translational Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners to develop and validate assays and companion diagnostics.

Qualifications
- PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, pathology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience; or a Master’s with 6+ years.
- Experience in oncology biomarker development, clinical assay development or validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more diagnostic programs or major workstreams with oversight from senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Translational Research and Clinical Development to execute diagnostic strategy.
- Identify and manage assay development, transfer, and validation activities for programs.
- Coordinate external partners and contract laboratories to deliver outcomes.
