Antech Diagnostics in Loveland, CO is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management, Research & Development. You will lead a team of project managers responsible for budgeting, planning, execution, and oversight of an innovative R&D portfolio.

The role requires delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, with strong stage-gate oversight and matrix leadership. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of R&D project management experience in biotech/engineering, a bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO infrastructure and processes for disciplined R&D PMO
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Co-lead cross-functional project teams and manage resources and performance
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to keep timelines
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and resources within constraints
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects
• Implement PLM tools to improve design history and continuity
• Participate in special projects as needed
