Job summary

OpenTable is seeking a System Engineer I specializing in device management to join our Corporate IT team in Toronto. The role focuses on macOS and Windows device management, scripting, security policy enforcement, and end user support across global endpoints.

You'll lead projects, improve endpoint lifecycle management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with MDM products (Intune, Jamf, or Iru).
• Programming skills in sh, bash, ps, Python.
• Experience with application distribution, security controls, and device management.
• Hands-on with Entra ID and Okta.
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, Linux, or Unix, and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Global fleet management of macOS and Windows devices.
• Manage security and compliance policies and patching.
• Incident response and remediation.
• Integrations with directory services and third-party tools.
• Asset and metrics management; agile team participation.
