Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President / Senior Vice President, Global Development Leader to provide strategic medical leadership across clinical development programs from phase 1 through launch. The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and requires oversight of safety, trial design, and regulatory interactions in a fast-paced biotechnology environment.

Qualifications

• MD, board certified preferably in hematology/oncology.
• At least 10 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical industry with Ph3 design/execution exposure.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more program teams from phase 1 through approval and launch; accountable for BTK Program GDT.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial to align portfolio strategy with corporate goals.
• Drive development plans, safety oversight, and regulatory interactions (INDs/NDA/MAAs).
• Oversee regulatory discussions and interact with investigators and thought leaders to support trials.
• Provide medical leadership and training to clinical teams and CROs; ensure safety and compliance.
