Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, Medical Affairs, Hematology-Oncology to build, expand, and lead a best-in-class Medical Affairs organization as the portfolio advances toward late-stage development and prospective commercialization.

This executive will provide strategic and operational leadership across medical strategy, field medical, scientific communications, evidence generation, thought leader engagement, medical information, and launch readiness, partnering with Clinical

Qualifications

• 15+ years of biopharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience supporting late-stage development and commercialization.
• Expertise in evidence generation, medical communications, MSL leadership, and cross-functional launch planning.
• Strong understanding of global and US regulatory, compliance, and payer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Medical Affairs function for late-stage programs and future commercial readiness.
• Own the Medical Affairs strategy for the hematology-oncology portfolio and align with development plans.
• Lead development of the scientific platform and medical narrative for hematology-oncology programs.
• Partner with Clinical Development to shape late-stage strategy, data generation, and lifecycle opportunities.
• Develop and execute integrated medical plans across field medical, publications, and medical education.
