Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics seeks a Vice President / Senior Vice President, Global Development Leader to provide strategic and tactical medical leadership across clinical development programs from phase 1 through launch. Qualifications

• MD, board certified preferably in hematology/oncology.
• Requires at least 10 years’ clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical industry with involvement in design or execution, including Ph3 planning.
• Clinical research experience in academic settings will be reviewed in light of development experience.
• Excellent communicator with proven leadership and cross-functional interaction.
• Able to lead in a fast-paced small company with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more program teams from phase 1 through launch, serve as single point of accountability for BTK Program GDT.
• As a member of the Clinical Executive Management Team, align portfolio goals with corporate strategy.
• Drive development plans, communicate plans, and ensure governance approvals.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among clinical, regulatory, operations, quality, and commercial partners.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans for technical and program challenges.
• Develop or refine the Clinical Development Plan and supervise clinical leads on protocols.
• Provide medical oversight for ongoing trials and review safety and activity data.
• Oversee CROs and internal staff in execution of therapeutic programs.
• Offer medical input to regulatory discussions (INDs, NDAs/MAAs) and training to clinical staff.
• Engage investigators and thought leaders to advance trials and share findings.
• Refine processes and methods for trial design, data collection, and final reports.
• Present data to executives and external medical colleagues in various settings.
