Nurix Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, seeks an experienced clinical development leader to advance molecules through the Nurix clinical pipeline. You will collaborate with study teams, provide scientific guidance, and support regulatory filings.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will develop global development strategies, author protocols, oversee data review and safety oversight with DSMB, and coordinate international study activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in clinical or biological sciences (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred) with extensive drug development experience, including oncology.

Responsabilités

• Participate, contribute and/or lead cross-functional clinical development teams.
• Develop the Global Development plan with senior clinical development staff.
• Lead in reviewing and authoring clinical protocols and regulatory documents.
• Provide scientific expertise to support site and CRA training, data cleaning/analysis, and regulatory filings.
• Oversee safety aspects of clinical trials in collaboration with Safety teams.
• Coordinate and manage external medical advisory committees and study committees.
• Contribute to statistical analysis plans and study data presentations.
