Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of successful nonprofit fundraising leadership with varied revenue streams.
• At least 5 years in a top-level director role managing staff and priorities.
• Proven track record securing six- and seven-figure gifts from diverse donors.
• Experience designing data-driven donor strategies with CRM and digital tools compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive, integrated development strategy aligned to Asia Society's mission.
• Oversee annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation support, and campaigns.
• Mentor staff, build a high-performing team, and ensure cross-department collaboration.
• Collaborate with the Board to build donor prospecting and gifts strategies.
• Share revenue reports with senior leadership to inform decisions.
