Harvard CID in Cambridge, MA invites applications for a full-time Research Fellow position under Professor Rema Hanna. The role focuses on randomized evaluations and econometric analysis across global development topics with projects in Indonesia, India, and Morocco.

The fellow will clean datasets, conduct analyses in Stata, draft reports for policymakers, and collaborate with international partners, with potential for second-year renewal and hybrid scheduling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, International Development, or related field.
• Demonstrated academic excellence.
• Proficiency in Stata with large datasets.
• Understanding of randomized control trials and econometric methods.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and manage large datasets.
• Conduct statistical analyses in Stata.
• Develop survey instruments and data request documents for data collection.
• Create technical documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Conduct background research and literature reviews.
• Draft content for reports to policymakers, academic papers, grant proposals, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with CID and partner researchers, including internationally.
