Job summary

Supabase is seeking an Event Programs Manager, Developer Community & Ecosystem to help grow developer communities and event programs worldwide. You will partner with the Head of Global Events to craft meetups, workshops, hackathons, and activations that connect developers with Supabase.

You’ll be an early member of the events team, shaping how we show up in person around the world while building playbooks and scalable systems for global rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing developer communities or technical audiences.
• Proven track record managing scalable event programs (meetups, workshops, hackathons).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale community programs (meetups, workshops, hackathons) globally.
• Coordinate with DevRel, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales and Design to align events with product launches and education initiatives.
• Plan around major events and Launch Week; support Supabase Select programming.
• Develop playbooks and frameworks to turn experiments into scalable programs.
• Ensure strong attendee experiences and post-event follow-up.
