Job summary

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking an International Development Program/Project Manager for DOL ILAB MEL and data services, to support a global labor program in the CONUS/OCONUS Mid-Atlantic region. This hybrid role involves on/off client-site work and coordination across a bench of specialists to deliver high-quality program management and evaluation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of contract management experience in an international development context.
• At least 5 years of experience performing and overseeing multiple types of MEL services.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and business program management services for ILAB MEL and data services.
• Manage travel logistics, e-Country clearance and not-to-exceed travel/ODC controls.
• Track scope, budget and schedule; coordinate with the evaluation team and client liaisons.
• Maintain quality control and timely delivery of all reports and outputs.
• Plan assignments, staff the evaluation bench and ensure six weeks notice for staffing.
