Job summary

ProSidian seeks a Lead International Development Program/Project Evaluator to provide high-level MEL services under ILAB programs. The role supports technical oversight, data-driven analysis, and program evaluation across CONUS/OCONUS settings, with hybrid – on/off client site and virtual work arrangements in the Mid-Atlantic region, primarily near Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher
• At least 8 years of monitoring, evaluation and learning experience with international development projects
• Recommended: master’s degree in evaluation, economics, public policy, social science or related field and leadership of comparable evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and utilization of MEL tasks under the contract.
• Conduct quality reviews of technical work and finalize deliverables.
• Provide technical oversight, mentorship to bench members, and ensure alignment with MEL services.
