Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated's Global Design team is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead end-to-end design projects for client portfolios worldwide. You will partner with real estate leaders, project teams, and external consultants to translate visions into practical, innovative design solutions.

This on-site role in Salt Lake City, UT requires 10+ years of architecture experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication to balance creative intent with budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and materials.
• Experience managing design teams, consultants, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with budget and business needs.
• Experience collaborating with architects, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• 10+ years of post-education architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process from concept to project completion.
• Conduct client consultations to capture requirements and objectives.
• Direct design teams and manage external consultants and vendors.
• Review mood boards, materials, color schemes, and layouts within budget.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate design elements.
• Source materials and liaise with vendors to realize design visions.
• Apply design principles and user experience across projects.
• Present concepts clearly to executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
