Notion is seeking a Demo Engineer to build the global demo engine behind how we bring Notion’s most important customer stories to life. You’ll shape the standards, systems, and experiences that help our Sales teams demonstrate what is possible with Notion, from the first customer conversation through implementation and deployment.

This high-impact role will establish global standards, turn solutions into repeatable demos, and empower regional teams to innovate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical or customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Demo Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Software Engineering.
• Experience designing and delivering technical demos, prototypes, or solution experiences for a SaaS product.
• Strong systems thinking, with experience building scalable standards, templates, documentation, versioning practices, and operating processes.
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer stories tied to business value.

• Turn Notion’s strongest customer and internal solutions into reusable GTM assets.
• Set the global standard for demo quality and help the field deliver it.
• Create a clear path from experimentation to global scale.
