Job summary

Marmon Holdings has an open role focused on demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment to sustain a 98% fulfillment rate across channels. You will analyze Halex products, standardize item numbers in ERP, and optimize MRP signals for reliable orders and stock levels.

The role requires supply chain experience in high-volume SKUs, analytical Excel skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of supply chain experience in inventory management, forecasting and planning.
• Experience with high-volume, SKU-intensive environments.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to work with little oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment to meet 98% fulfillment rate.
• Research Halex products and packaging options by item part number.
• Standardize item part numbers and cross references in ERP.
• Monitor and manage MRP for accurate signals on orders and stockouts.
• Create quarterly forecasts for top 80% of Halex suppliers.
• Develop a weekly production schedule in absence of Material Planner.
• Produce monthly reports on inventory levels, lost sales, and inventory accuracy.
• Support Global Supply Chain Manager in sourcing and inbound logistics.
