Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Global Demand Planning Capability Leader to drive the development, deployment and embedding of advanced demand planning standards and tools. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end consistency across regional teams and aligning with Mars Digital Technologies.

You will lead a group of SMEs, set KPIs, and steward process governance while collaborating across supply chain functions to accelerate performance and embed capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in demand planning.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across levels.
• Experience leading virtual teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of demand planning content, standards, and tools.
• Support deployment through regional SME teams.
• Govern standards and digital tools; ensure end-to-end integration.
• Define interfaces with adjacent functional areas.
• Lead with Mars Digital Technologies and act as product owner.
• Define SIPOCs and measurement tools.
• Benchmark content against external standards.
• Lead global communities of practice and monitor roles.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; oversee governance and health checks.
