Midea Group is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the end-to-end demand planning function for a global home appliance business. You will integrate market intelligence, sales insights, and historical data to forecast demand and balance service levels with long lead times through proactive scenario planning.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and overseas sourcing teams to synchronize demand and supply plans, drive monthly S&OP/IBP reviews, and implement

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of supply chain management experience (PSI, Production Planning, Demand Planning, SCM).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end demand planning process within S&OP/IBP.
• Develop rolling forecasts (short-, mid-, long-term) accounting for long overseas lead times.
• Improve forecast accuracy and bias across product categories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance to align demand with business targets.
• Own monthly demand review process and KPIs (forecast accuracy, service levels, turns).
• Drive adoption of planning systems and tools; lead team of planners.
