Job summary

Midea America seeks a Demand Planning Manager to lead the end-to-end demand planning function for a global home appliance business. You will integrate market intelligence, sales insights, and historical data to create robust demand signals while balancing service levels and long lead times.

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field with 6+ years of supply chain experience.
• Ability to analyze business data, write reports, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning processes within S&OP/IBP.
• Develop rolling forecasts accounting for long overseas lead times.
• Improve forecast accuracy and monitor key demand KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance for aligned plans.
• Support executive decisions with risk assessments and trade-offs.
