Job summary

Apolis is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support forecast accuracy for Client Health Science in the U.S. This remote, 8+ month contract role will manage demand forecasting tools and reporting, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, maintaining master data, tracking KPIs, and evaluating impact of promotions and launches to improve forecast accuracy. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning or related.
• Hands-on experience with Demand or Supply Planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

We are seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support the accuracy and reliability of demand forecasts for Client Health Sciencein the U.S. This role will manage demand planning processes, forecasting tools, and reporting while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and planning data.
• Maintain accurate product master data and product lifecycle information.
• Monitor demand planning KPIs and improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze historical sales, trends, and forecast variances to identify root causes and reduce forecast bias.
• Support the Monthly Business Planning (MBP/S&OP) and Weekly Business Review (WBR) processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to develop consensus demand plans.
• Evaluate the impact of promotions, product launches, customer activity, and market changes on demand.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with Demand or Supply Planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop business forecasts/models.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with statistical forecasting and demand planning techniques.
• Experience with DTC/e-commerce is preferred.
• Experience implementing planning processes, systems, or efficiency improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
