Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Delivery Performance Excellence Expert to strengthen end-to-end supply chain performance across a global manufacturing network. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and customer service.
• Experience leading or supporting supply chain transformation in manufacturing or via consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, planning/forecasting systems, Power BI or SAP BI, and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects to improve delivery performance across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
• Improve delivery and inventory performance using continuous improvement methods, performance management, data, and structured problem-solving.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and end-to-end process mapping to identify root causes and build sustainable improvements.
• Develop and standardize supply chain processes to enable effective solutions across our global manufacturing network.
• Build capabilities across teams through coaching, mentoring, and Train-the-Trainer activities.
