Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supplier Quality to lead the strategy, systems, and team ensuring supplier quality, performance, and scalability across regions. Preferred locations include Nordborg, Denmark or the Lyon region, France, with collaboration across China and the US.

The role requires building a global team, aligning with Operations and Supply Chain, and driving PPAP, new product introductions, and supplier development efforts. International travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Quality Management, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including building or scaling global teams.
• Strong expertise in supplier audits, quality systems, corrective actions, and supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the global supplier quality strategy to improve supplier performance, quality, and risk management.
• Build, coach, and develop a growing global team of Supplier Quality Engineers across China and the US.
• Provide functional leadership across a matrix organization, aligning regional Supplier Quality teams with local Operations and Supply Chain leaders.
• Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to support supplier selection, PPAP activities, and new product introductions.
• Establish supplier KPIs, scorecards, audits, and improvement programs that drive measurable business results.
