Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering delivery experience with SDLC, architecture, and delivery processes.
• Hands-on coding not required, but ability to engage with engineering teams on technical topics (Snowflake, AWS, Airflow, Jira stories).
• Experience coordinating offshore and onsite resources across multiple projects and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across offshore-supported projects and multiple workstreams.
• Drive milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers; ensure release readiness.
• Coordinate global engineering teams (US, Brazil, Europe, India) for alignment.
• Bridge engineers, PMs, and leadership with clear delivery updates.
