Role - Delivery Manager

Location - Tempe, AZ

Start Date - Immediate

Role Overview:

The objective is to bring in a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background who can take end-to-end ownership of delivery coordination across all offshore-supported projects, covering both EPAM (other vendor)-managed engagements and our internal workstreams. The role will help establish a consolidated view of delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and release readiness across teams, while supporting a smooth transition of the existing responsibilities.

Key Requirements and Expectations:

• Technical Background: Overall 15+yrs, A strong engineering background with a good understanding of SDLC, technical dependencies, architecture, and delivery processes. Hands‑on coding is not required, but the person should be technically proficient enough to engage effectively with engineering teams (good to have understanding on Snowflake, AWS stack, Airflow orchestration, Creating Jira user stories )
• Should be willing to co‑ordinate with vendor resources along with Onsite/offshore co‑ordination experience.
• Experience handling multiple projects/ large team (> 50 members team as a minimum)
• Proactive and strong analytical skills
• End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Drive delivery commitments, track milestones, manage dependencies, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers across multiple teams and projects
• Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate offshore engineering teams working across different codebases and workstreams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Release and Deployment Management: Own delivery coordination from development through higher environments and production, including release planning, readiness reviews, and launch coordination
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively bridge engineering teams, project managers, and leadership by translating technical complexities into clear delivery updates, risks, and action items
• Global Team Collaboration: Work effectively across multiple time zones, including the US, Brazil, Europe, and India, with sufficient overlap to support both offshore and onshore teams without requiring the offshore team.
• The key expectation is that this person combines engineering expertise with a delivery‑management mindset and previous project manager experience and can take ownership of execution, coordination, and successful delivery outcomes, rather than focusing solely on project tracking and status reporting

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related fields.
