Qualifications

• 8–10 years of data-management experience.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, Project Lead, Delivery Lead or Programme Coordinator.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go or Java.
• Experience leading globally distributed technical teams and concurrent workstreams.
• Familiarity with Google internal development infrastructure and workflows (g4/CitC, Piper, Blaze, Critique).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite bridge between Data Center Ops programme leads and external technical teams.
• Coordinate work intake, prioritisation and resource coordination across time zones.
• Lead delivery governance, sprint planning and status reporting.
• Review technical deliverables for quality, traceability and deployment readiness.
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement.
