Job summary

Google in Sunnyvale/San Francisco is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects, coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications across offices and time zones.

Reporting to DCDE StratOps, you will drive headcount modeling, capacity planning, and organizational analytics, with travel up to 30%. Expect collaboration with Analysts, Engineers, and Team Leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years in management consulting, construction management, operations, business analytics, or related function.
• 2 years of experience with SQL, Sheets, and data visualization for business planning, forecasting, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and structure critical business problems, distilling data into actionable recommendations.
• Own the DCDE Headcount Model, aligning staffing and forecasting methodologies with Finance, HR, and DCDE leadership.
• Partner with central DCData-AI to coordinate data pipelines, model enhancements, and reporting.
• Deliver capacity reporting, organizational health metrics, and executive dashboards.
• Manage planning syncs and cross-pillar communications to maintain resource plans.
