Role Overview:

We are looking for a Global Deliver Senior Project Manager to spearhead large-scale programs and projects that support our Vision Care & Surgical Vision Distribution Centers and Customer Service Call Centers globally. This dynamic position requires not only effective project management but also alignment with our broader business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction by managing strategic projects within Vision Care and Surgical Vision.
2. Team Leadership & Communication: Lead matrix teams, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills in various leadership forums.
3. Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Vision Regional Directors, project managers, and teams across supply chain and finance.
4. Process Development: Develop and implement processes to ensure the end-to-end supply chain is informed, engaged, and prepared for successful project execution. Proactively identify and ideate solutions for improvement opportunity areas.
5. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead core teams from various functions to meet project objectives, proactively identifying risks and crafting contingency plans.
6. Project Planning: Create and deliver comprehensive project plans with both short-term and long-term strategies, focusing on capital planning, capacity management, and risk metrics.
7. Strategic and Tactical Alignment: Navigate effectively between strategic planning and tactical execution to ensure project alignment with corporate goals.
8. Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as needed

Proficiency in English is required.

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s or advanced degree is preferred.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of business experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• 4+ years of cumulative experience in a Supply Chain function.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build consensus and influence teams without direct authority.
• Strong matrix management, strategic thinking, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics and analytics.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
• FPX and/or PMP certification is preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
