Job summary

Oshkosh Defense is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Service Provider Network and align it with our international growth strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure global coverage and on-time delivery for both foreign and domestic customers.

Responsibilities include selecting and onboarding providers, managing risk and compliance (FAR/DFARS), tracking performance with dashboards, and guiding projects from initiation to closeout while meeting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, select, and onboard service providers based on project scope and deliverables.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, import/export regulations, and government contracting requirements.
• Mitigate risk through effective negotiation of rates with service providers.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate status with stakeholders and government customers.
• Ensure project closure with validated deliverables and outcomes.
