Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and six or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Agile certification.
• Experience with ISO, CMMI, ITAR, FAR/DFARS, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), SharePoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large-scale projects across commercial and government sectors.
• Define vision, KPIs, and success criteria aligned with business strategy and contractual requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams across commercial and government environments.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO maturation and process improvement.
