Job summary

You will monitor progress with dashboards and KPIs, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with contracts, engineering, manufacturing, and external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in government or defense contracting desirable.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard service providers based on project scope and contracts.
• Lead cross-functional teams including warranty, contracts, and engineering.
• Monitor progress with scorecards, EVM, dashboards; prepare status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage scope changes and change control.
• Support proposal development and cost estimation for opportunities.
