Job summary

You will negotiate terms end-to-end, advise on ITAR/EAR/sanctions, and collaborate with the Global Defense and Trade Compliance teams to deploy cutting-edge defense technology to allies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in international commercial contracting or defense contracts.
• Ability to structure cross-border agreements, governing law, dispute resolution, Incoterms.
• Judgment to own multiple projects from end-to-end.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn across IP, litigation, and compliance topics.
• CA license to practice law or eligibility to register in CA

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of Anduril’s Legal Team and support international deals.
• Drive growth by negotiating international contracts and expanding existing ones.
• Manage relationships with foreign government ministries of defense and procurement offices.
• Provide day-to-day management of the acquisitions lifecycle and compliant governance.
• Advise on ITAR, EAR, sanctions, and compliance with Global Defense and Trade teams.
• Structure and negotiate offset and industrial cooperation obligations where applicable.
