Job summary

Twin Vee PowerCats Co. in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to expand and manage the dealer network globally. The role focuses on developing strategies, onboarding dealers, and expanding market reach for Twin Vee PowerCats and Bahama Boat Works.

The position involves negotiating dealer agreements, forecasting with dealers, and creating incentive programs to drive growth. International travel will be required in this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or related experience.
• 5+ years in dealer development, territory management, or marine/powersports sectors.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and manage dealer networks.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with dealer agreements & incentives.
• Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting and wholesale distribution.

Responsibilities

• Execute nationwide and international dealer territory and distribution strategies for Twin Vee PowerCats and Bahama Boat Works.
• Identify, recruit, evaluate, and onboard new dealers.
• Negotiate and execute dealer agreements in coordination with company leadership.
• Assist dealers with forecasting and inventory planning to ensure smooth production flow.
• Work with dealers on retail sales growth, inventory management, and market penetration.
• Develop and manage dealer incentive and performance programs.
• Create sales programs and promotions to boost dealer purchases and retail sales.
• Launch and operate the new used boat dealership with recruiting, inventory, and F&I setup.
• Participate in product development feedback through the Twin Vee/Bahama Design Committee.
