Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced M+C Deal Phase PMO lead to orchestrate due diligence communications across multiple Americas deals, ensuring disciplined project management and timely updates.

You will coordinate with deal sponsors, brand teams, and M+C stakeholders to develop core messages, plan announcements, and manage integration handoffs in a fast-paced, global hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M+C workstream during the due diligence phase of acquisitions.
• Coordinate across multiple deals and act as PMO until handover to PMI lead.
• Develop core messages explaining the rationale for each acquisition.
• Partner with Brand on brand transition plans and presentation to sponsors.
• Coordinate approval of all communications deliverables and prep for integration.
