Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk to oversee non-standard deals across the Americas. You will drive deal design oversight and pricing responses, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure optimal commercial outcomes.

You will lead a high-performing team, develop playbooks, and scale AI-enabled workflows to improve deal quality and speed. 8–10+ years in software GTM operations are desired.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years software industry experience (Deal Desk, Finance, Sales/GTM Operations)
• 2+ years people management experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• CRM/SFDC familiarity and change management experience

Responsibilities

• Own the business - review deal financials, pricing, and risk to maximise value for Rubrik
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Analysts and Leads
• Coach the team as strategic advisors to the field
• Create playbooks, training, and enablement to improve deal handling
• Define AI-enabled workflows to scale deal administration and productivity
