Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in engineering, technical product sales, and/or product management.
• 5+ years within Data Center market (DCIM, SaaS, IoT).
• 3+ years of experience in a P&L leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic business plan to maintain aggressive growth.
• Lead global product strategy and program execution, identify gaps and opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market across multiple sales channels and geographies.
• Drive cost, productivity and profitability through strategic initiatives.
• Attract and develop a strong talent pipeline and build a winning culture.
