Job summary

The NFL seeks a Senior Manager, International Data & Strategy to lead a transformative enterprise initiative focused on scalable data solutions across global markets. You will partner with League and Club stakeholders to deliver data programs that inform decisions and drive outcomes.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong governance, and a track record in data platforms, governance, and marketing tech stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in data strategy, product management, data governance, or technology leadership roles, with ownership of enterprise‑scale initiatives.
• Proven track record leading complex data and analytics programs, including cloud data platforms, data lakes, governance frameworks, and cross‑functional transformation.
• Strong understanding of privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, consent management, and responsible data practices.
• Experience leveraging enterprise data and marketing technology platforms, including AWS Redshift, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, drive alignment, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, drive organisational change, and scale processes, capabilities, and teams.
• Strong strategic and operational mindset, with governance, risk management, and prioritisation in fast‑paced environments.
• Enthusiastic, proactive can‑do attitude; grit; ego‑free; relationship builder; agile mindset.
• Eager learner with passion for data‑driven value.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional alignment and champion adoption of the International managed model through clear communication and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day program operations for the international managed model, tracking data onboarding, curation, fulfilment, reporting and insights.
• Partner with clubs to capture requirements and translate into prioritised program initiatives.
• Translate business needs into scalable data and platform requirements for segmentation, data access, and performance measurement.
• Establish standardised processes and continuously optimise workflows.
