Job summary

NFL is seeking a Senior Manager, International Data & Strategy to lead and scale the international managed model. You will partner with League and Club stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions and program operations that support informed decision-making and drive business outcomes across global markets.

The role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional executive communication, experience in data governance and enterprise data platforms, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in data strategy, product management, data governance, or technology leadership roles, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proven track record leading complex data and analytics programs, including cloud data platforms and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional alignment and champion adoption of the international managed model.
• Oversee data onboarding, curation, fulfillment, reporting and insights across programs.
• Partner with clubs to translate requirements into prioritized program initiatives.
• Translate business needs into scalable data and platform requirements for segmentation and performance measurement.
• Establish standardized processes and optimize workflows to ensure efficient execution.
