You will collaborate with D&I leaders to advance the digital roadmap across Asset Management, Work Management, and Business Process Optimization, ensuring scalable production-grade solutions with strong governance and responsible AI

Qualifications

• Data science, ML or applied AI management background leading international teams.
• Experience with model development, experimentation, MLOps, and foundation models.
• Familiarity with nuclear/energy industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data science team in developing, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML models and generative AI solutions.
• Ensure production-ready models with clear performance criteria and governance.
• Train deployment/monitoring teams and establish best practices for experimentation, validation, reproducibility, and responsible AI.
